A wellness consultation is an opportunity to embark on an honest and respectful exploration of your health. Together we'll look at your health history and your current health concerns and create a Wellness Protocol to support your healing. This includes one or more custom-blended herbal formulas that have truly been made with your specific constitutional needs in mind, as well as dietary and lifestyle suggestions and goals.

The consultation itself happens at Riverside Natural Health Center in Middlebury, VT or via telephone if distance or travel are prohibitive.

An initial consultation lasts 1 - 1.5 hours, during which time we go over all of the major systems in the body, looking for ways in which each of the parts are affecting the whole.  This process is both scientific and intuitive.

It is rare for a health issue to have arisen in isolation. All of the systems in our bodies are connected, and an imbalance in one area can lead to body-wide stress. Likewise, strengthening one part benefits all.

One of my highest priorities is the creation of a safe atmosphere in which we can take the time to give your health the attention it deserves.  

Following the initial consultation, if you choose, you'll receive one or more custom-blended herbal formulas to strengthen, balance and nourish your body, mind and spirit. These formulas are made with high-quality medicinal herbs, many of which we grow organically and sustainably wildcraft.  The cost of these formulas is not included in the consultation price, 
and generally comes to approximately $45/month.

Continuing consultations are recommended, especially for ongoing and deep-seated concerns. As the plants become part of your daily routine, your herbal needs will evolve. Most formulas need to be renewed about once a month, and this provides an excellent opportunity to reevaluate your health and shift the formula accordingly. 

Scheduling follow-up consultations monthly keeps momentum strong.
